Behind the brand
At The Ghost District, nothing is made by accident and nothing is wasted. Each piece begins with overlooked or discarded materials: thrifted fabrics, dead-stock remnants, and rescued scraps. Every item is one of a kind, handcrafted in small batches with a deep respect for both the process and the planet. This is design led by curiosity, not convention - thoughtful, intentional and built to last.

Meet Bethany, the textile artist and graphic designer behind The Ghost District - a space shaped by hands-on making, thoughtful design, and a commitment to creating with less waste. Rooted in sustainability and self-expression, each piece is made using salvaged materials and guided by a belief in intentional, personal creation.

At its core, The Ghost District is about working with what already exists. We’re about creating useful, thoughtfully made objects while building community through shared creative values.
is this a shop, a brand, or a design studio?
It’s all three. For the most part. At The Ghost District we strive to create a community of creators and outside the box thinkers while also being a hub for creative expression.
Do you offer custom work?
Yes! We would love to hear any ideas you may have - these can include anything from one of our fabric poster designs to a custom carved stamp or a complete choice of your own. We want to hear all of your ideas!
